Policies
- Rates shown are per night for 8-person occupancy. Additional guests over 5 years old are $20/person/day.
- Prices shown do not include 6% lodging tax. Sales tax not applicable!
- Pets are permitted with prior authorization and $15/night/pet
- Maximum overnight occupancy is 22 persons total.
- A weekend stay requires two nights at the weekend rate. A weekend stay is any stay that includes a Friday or Saturday night.
- 2 night minimum stay required, except for Holidays which require a minimum three night stay. Holidays include MLK Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve/Day, Christmas, New Year's, and the week between Christmas and New Year's.
- A 50% deposit and credit card are required to hold the reservation. Full amount is charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations more 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 100% refund, less a $100 cancellation charge. Cancellations made from 14 and 30 days prior to arrival result in a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations made fewer than 14 days before arrival. No refunds for cancellations due to inclement weather.
- Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.
- Check-In after 4:00 PM. Check-Out at 11:00 or before.
